Terms of service

Framewell is a photo printing membership operated by Royale Studios, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a membership at tryframewell.com you agree to these terms.

Membership and billing

Membership costs $17.99 per month. Your first month is charged when you join. After that, your membership renews at $17.99 on the 1st of each month. If you join within 48 hours of the 1st, your first renewal falls on the following 1st, so you are never charged twice in two days. There is no free trial and we never charge partial or prorated amounts.

Each membership payment adds 1 print credit to your account. A credit is good for exactly 10 printed memories. Each credit is valid for 90 days from the day it is issued and expires after that. Credits are issued only after a confirmed payment.

Orders and shipping

Orders are sent in whole packs of 10 prints. You may send one or more packs at a time, at any time, up to your available credit balance. Shipping is always included; nothing is charged when you submit an order.

Family members

You may add up to 5 family members at $15.99 per month each. A family member is a shipping address that receives a copy of each order you send, up to 1 pack of 10 prints per paid month for that member. When an order is larger than a member's remaining packs, they receive the first packs of the order. Shipping is always included. You can remove a family member at any time; if nothing has shipped to them in the current billing period, we refund that period's family charge, otherwise removal takes effect at the next period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time and it will not renew. Credits you have already paid for stay usable until they expire. Membership payments are not refunded once credits have been issued. If an order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we will reprint and reship it free.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and print them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to print what you upload.
